International Mediation Training

“We see the world the way we do, not because that is the way it is, but because we have these ways of seeing.”

Ludwig Wittgenstein

Oxford Process works with its partner Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) to deliver training on international conflict mediation and peacemaking.  CEDR is an independent non-profit organisation and charity specialising in the resolution of conflict.  It has over twenty-five years’ experience in mediation training.

It is currently offering a five-day residential skills programme that covers the key theories of international conflict mediation, alongside comprehensive coaching for international practice.  Led by renowned and experienced trainers, it leads to an Oxford Process Certification in Managing Radical Differences.

The inaugural course was held in November 2018. The course is aimed at CEDR accredited mediators who are interested in advancing their knowledge and skills in international conflict mediation and peacemaking.  It is also suitable for practitioners in international diplomacy, who wish to deepen their understanding and skills in international peacemaking and the principles of mediation and negotiation.

The next course dates are 20-25 July 2019 and will be held at Oxford Process’ retreat in Oxfordshire, England.

Places for this course are limited.  To book your place or to find out further information, please follow the link below.
