Governance

We recognise the need of sound governance practices, achieving sustainable results and providing transparency and accountability for its activities. We, therefore, commit to:

  • Having an independent advisory board to provide strategic advice, support and challenge to our executive leadership;

  • Maintaining sound risk management and control processes, commensurate with the scale and complexity of our activities;

  • Carrying out an annual evaluation, to monitor our progress and to ensure that our projects remain effective and efficient, and that lessons are learned and integrated into ongoing and new projects;

  • Following appropriate accounting and reporting standards (including on a project-by-project basis);
